Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to read this site, compare plans and order without help. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. If something gets in your way, tell us and we'll fix it or help you another way.
What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring and a “Skip to content” link.
- Plans, checkout and the contact form work without JavaScript.
- Text and controls are checked for contrast in both the light and the dark theme.
- Buttons and form controls are at least 24 by 24 pixels, and the main ones at least 44.
- Forms have visible labels, describe errors in words, and list them at the top with links to each field.
- A form you have open stays valid for 24 hours, so it won't time out while you fill it in, and there are no puzzles to solve to prove you're human.
- Animation is small, and it is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- “Talk to a person” is in the same place at the top of every page.
How we test
Before each release we run automated checks (axe-core) on every type of page in both themes and at phone and desktop widths, check colour contrast with a script, and complete an order, a monthly request and a contact message using only the keyboard.
Known limits
- Paying for a yearly plan happens on PayPal's pages, which PayPal controls.
- Our guides link to other organizations' websites, which we don't control.
- The comparison table scrolls sideways inside its own box on narrow screens. The same facts are listed on each plan's page.
- The AI assistant, when it is switched on, needs JavaScript.
