Remote help can't replace a cracked screen or a failed part. For hands-on work, WeldonPC repairs desktops, laptops and all-in-ones in its store at 5829 Turney Road, Garfield Heights, Ohio, and does Windows 11 upgrades there too. This work is separate from a plan, and parts aren't included.
Microsoft ended support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. WeldonPC upgrades computers to Windows 11 in its store: it checks whether the computer can run Windows 11, backs up your files before changing anything, does the upgrade, and makes sure your programs, email and printer still work. If the computer can't run Windows 11, WeldonPC goes over your options with you. Read WeldonPC's notice about Windows 10 or our guide, Windows 10 support has ended: what it means for you.
