Terms of service
These terms cover Tech Support Bundle plans bought or requested on techsupportbundle.com. In short: a plan covers one computer, prices are per computer, you can cancel any time, and payments for services aren't refunded unless WeldonPC cancels your order.
1. Who we are
Tech Support Bundle is a service of WeldonPC.com. “We”, “us” and “WeldonPC” mean WeldonPC, 5829 Turney Road, Garfield Heights, OH 44125. “You” means the person or business that orders a plan. By ordering or requesting a plan you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a contract. You may order for someone else, such as a parent, if you have their permission; give us the contact details of the person we should call.
3. What a plan covers
Each plan covers one computer. To cover more computers, order one plan per computer (1 to 25 in an online order). Every price is per computer.
- Home plan: $20 a month per computer or $250 a year per computer; 1 hour of remote tech support each month; Webroot antivirus; 50 GB of cloud backup; extra support at $79.95 per hour.
- Business plan: $30 a month per computer or $300 a year per computer; 2 hours of remote tech support each month; Webroot antivirus; 100 GB of cloud backup; extra support at $49.95 per hour.
- Ultimate plan: $50 a month per computer or $480 a year per computer; 4 hours of remote tech support each month; Webroot antivirus; 250 GB of cloud backup; extra support at $29.95 per hour.
All plans also include monitoring, patching and priority service. Included hours are for remote support during WeldonPC's business hours (Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 8 PM Eastern time; closed weekends and major holidays). Unused hours do not carry over to the next month. Support beyond the included hours is billed per hour at your plan's rate.
Not included: parts, and on-site visits. WeldonPC offers in-store repair and on-site service separately, at its own prices.
WeldonPC's remote support tool runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11 and needs an active phone call with WeldonPC. Turnaround figures published for a plan describe most calls; they are not a promise for every call.
4. Orders
An order on this site is an offer to buy. WeldonPC may accept, decline or cancel an order for a lawful reason, such as a pricing mistake or a computer it cannot support. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund it in full.
After you order, WeldonPC contacts you, using the phone number and email on the order, to set up your computer.
5. Prices and billing
- Yearly plans are paid in advance for one year. When you pay on PayPal, PayPal handles the payment and this site never sees your card or bank details. A yearly plan paid this way does not renew automatically: when the year is up, WeldonPC sends a renewal invoice, and you don't have to pay it if you want to stop.
- Monthly plans are invoiced by WeldonPC each month, at the per-computer price shown when you ordered, times the number of computers. Nothing is charged on this site.
- If WeldonPC offers a PayPal subscription for monthly plans, PayPal charges the monthly amount until you cancel.
- No sales tax line is added to plan fees. If that changes, we will show it before you pay.
- Prices may change for future billing periods. The price on your checkout page or invoice is the price for that period.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel any time, in any of these ways: the “Request cancellation” button on your receipt page, a call to 888-7-WELDON, or an email to info@weldonpc.com. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month or year you've already paid for or been invoiced for. After that you get no further invoices. WeldonPC may also end a plan, with notice to you, if it is misused or invoices go unpaid.
7. Refunds
Payments for services are not refundable; WeldonPC's Return & Refund Policy lists services among the things that cannot be returned. The exception: if WeldonPC cancels an order you've already paid for, it refunds that order in full. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us first and we'll look into it.
8. Remote sessions and your responsibilities
- A remote session starts when you call WeldonPC and enter the session code the technician gives you. Only allow a session you started this way.
- You confirm that you own the computer or have permission to let WeldonPC work on it.
- Back up important files before any work when you can. Your plan includes cloud backup, but no backup is a promise that every file can be restored.
- Don't use the service for anything illegal, and don't ask technicians to get around licensing, passwords or security on computers or accounts that aren't yours.
- You are responsible for having valid licences for the software on your computer.
9. What we can't promise
WeldonPC will use reasonable skill and care. We can't promise that every problem can be fixed remotely, that antivirus will stop every threat, or that the service will be free of interruptions. Some problems need in-store or on-site work, which is not part of a plan.
To the fullest extent the law allows, WeldonPC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses (including lost data or lost profits), and its total liability for any claim about an order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including certain consumer-protection rights.
10. The AI assistant
This site has an AI help assistant called “Ask the Bundle”. AI assistant, not a technician. It can't see or connect to your computer and it can be wrong. Its answers are general information, not professional service from WeldonPC. Never type passwords, codes or card numbers into it.
11. Help guides
The guides in our Help Center are general information that we check against the sources they list. Follow them at your own risk; when in doubt, stop and talk to a person.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, except where the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you order applies to that order's current paid period; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
