Tech Support Bundle

What we help with

WeldonPC technicians help with slow computers, viruses, backups, Wi-Fi and networks, printers, email, scam clean-up and software, and do repairs and Windows 11 upgrades in the store. Members get remote help within their plan's included hours; hands-on work is done in store or on site.

Everything we help with

Slow computers

Tune-ups, software cleanup, and memory or SSD upgrades when they're needed.

Viruses and malware

Scanning, removal and security software setup. Antivirus is in every plan.

Backups

Cloud and external-drive backups, scheduled and tested. Cloud backup is in every plan.

Wi-Fi and networks

Router and Wi-Fi setup, network security, printer sharing and file servers.

Printers

Printers that won't print, and sharing one printer with every computer.

Email

Email setup on your computer, and help when it stops working.

Scam clean-up

After a fake “Microsoft” call or pop-up: remove what was left behind and secure your accounts.

Software and training

Software installed and set up for you, and one-on-one training by screen sharing.

Repairs and upgrades

Hardware repair, screen replacement and Windows 11 upgrades, in WeldonPC's store.

Data recovery

Deleted files and failed drives: a diagnosis and an estimate before any work begins.

Remote, in store, or on site.

WeldonPC works three ways. Your plan covers the first one.

  • Remote (included in your plan's hours)

You call, get a session code, and a technician connects to your Windows 10 or 11 computer. Good for software problems, setup, email and training.

  • In store

Repairs, data recovery and Windows 11 upgrades happen on the bench at 5829 Turney Road, Garfield Heights, OH 44125. Parts aren't included in a plan.

  • On site

A technician comes to you. On-site visits aren't included in a plan: the dispatch fee is $135 for the visit and the first hour of round-trip travel. Book on WeldonPC.com.
